"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Investment Opportunity

Dear Sir,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inquire whether you or your company are open to investor financing for projects or ventures. We are currently representing an investor with the financial capability and interest to fund viable projects across various sectors, including real estate, construction, power/energy generation, manufacturing, or any other initiatives that promise strong returns on investment.

Our investor is prepared to provide funding ranging from $5 million to $6.5 billion USD. This can be structured as:

Loan Financing: At an annual interest rate of 3% for a tenure of 10 years or more, with a grace period of 12 to 18 months.

Joint Venture/Partnership: Based on mutually agreed terms, including a profit-sharing ratio on the ROI (net profit) after the grace period.

To move forward, kindly provide us with your project proposal, business plan, and executive summary. Once received, our investment team will conduct a comprehensive review and due diligence before presenting the opportunity to the investor for immediate funding.

Additionally, if you know of any third parties with solid business plans or project opportunities, please feel free to refer them to us. As a gesture of appreciation, a 2.5% commission of the project amount will be allocated to you for successful referrals.

We look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you on this or future projects. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any clarifications or further discussions.

Best regards,
Narko Sandal J
