"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Read more about such scams here or in our 419 FAQ. Use the Scam-O-Matic to verify suspect emails.

We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out once again, as
we have not yet received a response to our previous communications. In
light of this, we are pleased to bring to your attention a unique
opportunity tied to a special initiative authorized by the Royal Family,
following the passing of Her Royal Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.

The Royal Family has approved the release of a charitable trust fund as
part of their commitment to humanitarian causes and societal
empowerment. This initiative, overseen by the Royal Fiduciary Team (RFT)
and supported by our team of financial advisors and facilitators, is
aimed at providing financial assistance to eligible individuals,
organizations, firms, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that are
dedicated to improving social welfare.

Eligibility for this fund is subject to a few key conditions that honor
the wishes of the late Queen. These will be shared with you upon your
confirmation of interest. The allocation of funds is conducted through a
secure and confidential raffle draw, with each participant eligible to
receive a sum based on their draw outcome. Should a participant draw a
blank, they will be automatically excluded from the program. Rest
assured, all processes strictly comply with legal and regulatory
standards to ensure a secure and transparent transaction.

If you wish to proceed, further details, including the terms and
conditions, will be provided in our next communication.

Please note: Participation in this program is entirely voluntary. Should
you choose not to proceed, simply disregard this message. Additionally,
for your security, this communication has been encrypted to protect
against third-party interference. We encourage you to verify the
authenticity of this message through the appropriate channels for your
peace of mind.
