"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am Dr.Seok Jae Choi, Executive Director, Authorizations, Regulatory Technology, International Supervision at The World Bank made up of several organizations, including the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the International Development Agency (IDA), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) that deals with all financial and bank transactions all over the world .

I came across a file with your name and after going through it I discovered that you are been owed the sum of UD$8.5 Million Dollars Only which was funds in your favor but was never paid and you have tried to receive your funds without much success and have spent a lot of money without getting any result.

I am in a position to help facilitate the payment of these funds to any account of your choice but you will have to follow my directives and instructions for you to be able to get the funds paid out immediately.

Do get back to me for more details as time is of great essence before the funds are returned to the coffers of the treasury due to it being unclaimed and please do note that I am contacting you in a private capacity.
