"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: NOTICE!!

I consult for a Family in Lubumbashi  were a huge deposit of Cobalt is deposited. The  family successfully mined this product and moved it from The Congo to Paris  in a warehouse for a few months now. The challenge however is that the potential buyers, who are from Saudi Arabia would not want to make payment to their African Bank account directly , They would rather pay to a European, Asian or American bank account. please note that the volume of the cobalt currently in Paris is about  2000kg(2) tons. And the official market price of the cobalt currently is $28,000 per Kg. Meaning that the total price of the product at the warehouse is $56m.

All my Client simply requires of you is to help receive this payment  for a possible investment in Your area of Experience, on this all parties will be required to  meet in France for contract/MOU Signing and confirm the authenticity and availability of the products and receive payment from the buyer on our behalf.

Please note that a family representative will also be in Paris for these meetings alongside you with the Saudi Buyers. Please confirm your interest so that we can proceed on.

Regards,

Richard.
