"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello dear,

Hello dear,

My name is Mohammed Ally Nassary, I am a close confidant of Mohammed Bazzoum, immediate ex president of the Niger Republic.

My principal is incarcerated by Abdourahamane Tchiani, the coup leader and all efforts to get him released by the international community including the leaders of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) were rebuffed by the new junta in power in Niger Republic. All his family assets and funds in the country were all confiscated by the government and all bank accounts frozen.

I am contacting you now in regards to the funds he secretly moved out his country before the coup that ousted him from power. His family requested me to source for a competent fund manager to use the money for investment.

If you have the capacity to manage the funds for reliable and risk free investment that will generate profit for the family, kindly respond with your details.
Thanks
Best Regards,
Mohamed A. Nassary
