"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

United Nation Inspection Unit,
Batumi Airport, Georgia,
Discovered Abandoned consignment.

Good day,

I am David Moyer, UN Representative Inspection Agent, here in Batumi
airport, Georgia, working hand in hand with Department of Homeland
Security and Border Protection. During our investigation, I discovered
an abandoned shipment and when scanned it revealed money in dollar
currency in a consignment box. The consignment was abandoned because
the Content was not properly declared by the consignee as money rather
it was declared as personal effect to avoid diversion by the shipping
agent and also the Diplomat inability to pay for Inspection Fees.

On my assumption, the box contain the sum of US$20 Million and the
consignment is still left in the storage house till today. The
consignment include only your name and email address, the shipping
agent/Diplomat has run way with other useful information.

NOW YOU ARE ADVICE TO PROVIDE YOUR FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND FULL
HOME ADDRESS, TO CROSS CHECK IF IT CORRESPONDS WITH THE INFO ON THE
CONSIGNMENT INCLUDING THE NAME OF YOUR NEAREST AIRPORT AROUND YOUR
CITY/COUNTRY AND OTHER DETAILS.

You can send the required details to me by email for onward
procedures. All communication must be held extremely confidential. I
can get everything concluded within 5-6 hours upon your acceptance and
commence with the delivery to your address.

Note: Since the shipper has abandoned the consignment and disappeared.
You and I will pay for the Inspection fee and i will arrange for the
box to be moved out of this airport to your address by myself. I wait
for your respond as soon as you receive this mail, send all the
requested information to my email.( davemoyer60@gmail.com ).

Thanks

David Moyer,
United Nation Inspection Agent.
