"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Congratulations !!

We are happy to inform you of this year's release of the EUROMILLION BELGIAN INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY PROGRAM, held on December 6, 2022. Due to the mix up of numbers and names, the results were later released on January 9, 2023.

Your name was entered as an alternative number attached to Reference Number: AA/0999/201/MPL with Batch Number: EGS/2021-800/LIS/022/BEL which drew the lucky numbers 9-13-21-30-31-44, which consequently won the lottery in the 3rd category.

All participants were selected through a computer ballot system from among six million names drawn from Asia, America, Africa, Europe, and the South Pacific. As part of ending our International Promotion Program, we hope your lucky name will draw a bigger cash prize in the subsequent programs ahead.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! To begin your lottery claims, please contact agent Baz Koopman, the foreign service manager, Carlisle Securities, on Tel. No: 32 460 221 407 or Email: info@carlislesecs.com, for the processing and remittance of your prize-winning money to a designated bank account of your choice.

Congratulations once again!!!

Sincerely,
Amelia Hendrix
