"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear

RobertRose Consult remains committed to assisting small and mid-size
businesses get the financial assistance they need to become productive
and successful, create a larger business, complete an acquisition or
successfully develop a major capital project via our investor clients.

Through longstanding and trusted relationships with numerous investors
and lending institutions, we help to secure financing for businesses
that have great potential, but lack credit strength and may be unable
to qualify for a conventional loan without a guarantee on their own.
We do this by assuming a portion of the financial risk.

Our Investors manage assets, debentures and securities registered in
Bloomberg, Euroclear Screens via Prime Banks. Their clientele are high
profile and net worth individuals, families and organizations whose
assets run into several billions of Dollars, Euros and Pounds
sterling.

If you have project(s) that require funding which you have done a
feasibility study of such a project, please revert back to me with the
full project plan and executive summary to open up communication if
suitably qualified. Our Investors will invest in any viable Project
presented after reviews on your Business Project Presentation Plan. We
look forward to your Swift response.

Your Faithfully,
