"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Your Assistance is Urgently Needed

Greetings

With profound respect and humble submission, I beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration.

My name is Miss Mary Jane MUKWEGE, The only daughter of Late Mr. FREDERICK MUKWEGE who was a Congolese Diamond, Copper and Cobalt Mining Magnate. I am 19 years old currently resident in South Africa on Asylum. Please, can I trust you to be my guardian in order to secure my inheritance that my late father kept in a Private Security Company in South Africa before he died? My father secured my inheritance package for me with the Security Company before he was poisoned with my late mother in Congo, as if he knew he would be killed. The package was deposited by my late father as Family Inheritance and it contained the following Items:

·         The sum of US$9,500,000 (Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars) realized from the sales of Diamond, Cobalt, Copper and Cassiterite (tin ore) and Coltan.
·         A Jewellery Box containing Refined Golden Chains and Rings.
·         The Document of a property he bought in South Africa.

I will be waiting for your reply for more information on how you can help me. If you can be of an assistance to me, I will be pleased to offer to you 25% of the total fund and items in the package.

I await your soonest response.

Respectfully yours,

Miss Mary Jane MUKWEGE
