"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

NOTICE TO BENEFICIARY OF ESTATE.

The above subject refers,
Dear Beloved ,My name is Martin. I am a probate attorney in the office of frorieplegal.
We have in our Legal custody a formal will executed by a client(hereinafter referred to as "the testator") who is recently deceased after a protracted battle with cancer. The testator had appointed the firm as executors/personal representatives of his will/estate. The testamentary deposition contains legacies and devises to be gifted to named beneficiaries of which has been valued at the sum of $7,620,000(seven million, six hundred and twenty thousand dollars). Unfortunately, all named beneficiaries have predeceased the testator and the gifts therein are at a risk of Lapse.
However, by a codicil instrument few weeks before his demise, the testator had expressly instructed that your name be included as a beneficiary of his estate. Your information and Contact details were specifically detailed.
It is our professional and Moral duty as personal representatives/executors to oversee the effective administration of his estate and ensure that his last wishes are fulfilled.
Kindly send us an email @<martin@frorieplegal-firm.com> for further information.
Please note that this information is highly confidential and should be precluded from third parties.
We anticipate your prompt response.
Thank you.
With regards,
Martin
