"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello Good Morning ,

Hello Good Morning ,
I am pleased to inform you of my success in transferring these funds in
cooperation with a new partner from Dubai. I am currently in Dubai due to
investment projects with my own share of the whole. In the meantime, I have
not forgotten your past efforts and attempts to help me transfer these
funds, even if you did not help me financially. He is now contacting my
secretary, his name is Rev John Edo, and you can also send him an e-mail to
his address (officeo165@yahoo.com) asking him to send you a total of EUR
950 000 00, which I have retained as compensation for all past efforts. and
attempts to help me in this matter. I really appreciate your efforts at the
time, so feel free to contact my Rve Secretary John Ed and instruct him on
where to send you an ATM VISA CARD worth € 950,000.00 via any dhl or fedex
courier service just for proper security. Please let me know right away
that you have received it so that we can share the joy after all the
hardships, I am very busy here because of the investment projects we have
on hand with my new partner, finally remember that on your behalf I handed
over to the secretary an instruction to accept this money via ATM VISA
CARD, so do not hesitate to contact him, he will send you the amount
immediately. Sincerely, Mrs. Grace Ufe.
