"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Greetings,

I hope this letter meets you in good health and mind. My name is Charles
Koch, elder brother to the late Mr. David Hamilton Koch, a philanthropist
and the founder of Koch Industries, one of the largest private foundations
in the world. Late David Hamilton Koch believed strongly in giving while
living and had one idea that never changed in his mind, that one should use
their wealth to help others. He decided to give US2,000,000.00 each to
randomly selected individuals around the world before his death in a US
Hospital on the 23rd of August 2019.

You should count yourself lucky to be chosen. Reply via: thywil@outlook.com at
your earliest convenience to confirm the validity of your email address.

Visit the web page of the late Mr. David Hamilton Koch to know more about
the Hamilton Foundation and this grant:

Warm Regards,
Mr. Charles Koch.
