"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

great sorrow in my heart, I'm Mrs. Maureen Greaves, from the United States
of America. A cancer patient widow of the late Mr. Alan Greaves, former USA
ambassador to Malaysia. My husband had a contract with the JGC Philippines
Incorporated on May 11, 2012. before he was murder on his way to play at
Midnight Mass at St Saviour’s Church in Sheffield.

He died in hospital three days later.. When my deceased husband was alive,
He made a contract worth. $8500, 000 (Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand
US Dollars) JGC Philippines Incorporated, Currently this money is still
with Land Bank
In The Philippines, I am in a hospital in the US called Cedars-Sinai
Medical Center (Los Angeles) receiving treatment and my doctor has
confirmed I have only a few months to live on earth due to my esophageal
cancer.

I searched your email to present your name on this account in the Land
Bank Philippines and you will receive this money on my behalf in your
country and use it for a charity project helping the poor and less
privileged because I may not survive this sickness said by my doctor.
Please, I need your assistance to secure this money.
