"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Personal Message In Respect Of Your Outstanding Payment

*Dear Beneficiary,*

*PERSONAL MESSAGE IN RESPECT OF YOUR OUTSTANDING PAYMENT*

*I am very sure that this personal message will come to you as a breath of
fresh air' I am contacting you in respect of your long-overdue-payment. It
is obvious that you are going through difficulties [financial, emotional]
in your quest to claim this payment. It is a very unfortunate situation.
But I urge you to stay positive. I have compassion for you. That is why I
have decided to contact you, and to assure you that I am capable of
facilitating your payment.*

*As a matter of fact, you have not received your fund as a result of
Nigerian bureaucracy. But I prefer to call it Man-Made-Obstacles. Truth of
the matter is that some highly placed officials are frustrating the release
of your payment because of their selfish desires. Honestly, they are
benefiting from this unfortunate situation.*

*However, you should be rest assured that what you are passing through is a
temporary situation. I am going to help you to receive your payment. This
is not an empty promise. I will give you further details once I receive
your response. Please provide your current personal/payment particulars
while replying such as your ID Card, your confidential address as well as
your phone number.*

*This offer is from the bottom of my heart and you can private email me on
this email: ccccccbbnnigeria@outlook.com
