"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: URGENT GREETINGS FROM UKRAINE!!!

--
Good day my respected friend,
I apologize for contacting you in this manner but the situation at
hand demands urgent attention. I am Boris Liubich - Production
Director - PJSC AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS, Ukraine, due to the
conflict between my country Ukraine and Russian, the Russian troops
surrounded my workplace, inching closer each day, and my workplace
come under heavy bombardment has been devastating. The sprawling
dockside steelworks and its maze of underground passageways has become
the last pocket of Ukrainian resistance in the southern port city of
Mariupol, and we where under high tension for our lives are not
secured for now, as we where under imminent threat from massacres and
targeted executions by the Russian government.

Before the Russian troops surrounded my workplace, I sent out my
digital safe box containing my life savings, €18,600,000,000 Euro (
Eighteen Million Six hundred thousand Euro) through a courier express
delivery company flying from Ukraine to CAMBODIA, kept in their
security financial company under insurance policy for security
purpose.

I plead for your help to receive and secure my luggage in your
country, you will either travel down to CAMBODIA or you transact with
them via email and phone contact. Azovstal covers an area of almost 11
square kilometers and has a labyrinth of underground tunnels
stretching 24 kilometers and that where we are hiding at the moment as
I wait for paperwork to evacuate with my family, no phone
communication; I only operate and can only communicate you on
internet. If you are interesting to assist me, kindly reach me back
urgently.
Mr. Boris Liubich.
