"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: URGENT ATTENTION PLEASE!

--
Urgent attention from Dr. Yacouba Adama Gnamba .

I am Mr. Sirima Ardjouma, the former (DG) General Directorate for
Mines and Geology Quarries and Energy (MMCE) - Burkina Faso. Presently
the Military took over power in my country and detained the president
and all his cabinet under house arrest along with our families, all
our assets are ceased and bank accounts frozen as we are under the
Military security surveillance.

I need a honest and transparency person who can move ATM DEBIT VISA
CARD worth the sum of $9,600,000.000 US Dollars (Nine Million Six
Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) and 120kg of gold bars with a
bank here in my country; to urgently move them to your country for
safety, to avoid the Military government from confiscating the funds
and the gold bars.

I agree you take %50 of the funds and the gold bars to make sure you
secure them under your custody, and keep %50 for me and my family as
this is our last hope, once I am out, I will travel down to your
country with my family and establish. You only need to contact the
bank to make a change of name. if you are interested, kindly reach me
back urgently.
Waiting for your urgent reply,
Dr. Yacouba Adama Gnamba.
