"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dans le but de renforcer les capacités des ressources humaines des
pays en développement, et de favoriser la compréhension internationale
et l’amitié entre les nations et le peuple canadien, le gouvernement
de l'Etat fédéral du Canada met à la disposition de l’UNESCO pour
l’année 2021 - 2022, dans le cadre du Programme de bourses de
l’UNESCO, 1400 bourses au bénéfice d’Etats membres invités et
spécialement les pays les moins avancés en Afrique et en
Asie-Pacifique. Cet appel à candidature est ouvert aux étudiants de
1er, 2e et 3e cycles admis dans un programme d'étude à temps complet.

Pour postuler et bénéficier d'amples informations détaillées sur le
programme, vous devez au préalable soumettre une lettre de motivation
et y joindre deux (02) photos d’identité en réclamant le formulaire
d’inscription à M. Thomas RADOUX, Chef de la Section du programme de
