"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

multinational Gold mining company based in Rep of Ghana. As the finance
director am in charge of the finances/expenditure of the company.There was
a contract i awarded to a German company to supply some mining equipments,
but i over invoiced the contract to the tune of $17.5m USD, We have paid
the German company their contract sum, now balance of $17.5m usd belongs to
me now and it is deposited in a Bank, am soliciting for your assistance to
move this money out to your country for investment purpose under your
control.

I need your kind assistance by contacting the bank as the owner of the
money to transfer it to your country. I will give you 20% of the total
money when you have receive the money in your account. Once i receive your
positive response i will give you the full contact of the bank for you to
contact them.
