QUANTITY:

B) The total Price payable by the Buyer is fixed at ($ 32,000 USD ) in
the quantity purchased. The buyer is responsible for all Government
Taxes, Fedex charges of the merchandise in Lome-Togo through Seller
and Fedex to buyer’s destination of choice.

FEDEX TAXES BREAKDOWN THAT ARE INVOLVED TO SHIP THE GOLD :

1) All documents concerning the delivery of the single 10 kg gold bar
must be sent to the buyer.

2) Seller confirm that the title of the Gold Bars being offered for

a) Original of Commercial Invoices in favour of the Buyer.

b) Certificate of Origin and Ownership and Tracking Code.

c) Initial Assay Report from the Refinery in Lome-Togo .

FINAL PAYMENT : Full payment after Buyer receive the 5kg Gold Bar
delivery through Fedex courier services and after final assay of the
5kg Gold Bar, Buyer wire transfer to seller 72 hrs from Australia.
