"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Mr. Jacob Olivia Williams.Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Greetings to you.

How are you doing today? Hope you are doing very fine?

I’m Jacob Olivia Williams. Newly appointed as the Head Officer-in-Charge of Administrative Service Inspection Unit United Nations Inspection Agency here in Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Atlanta, during our investigation, I discovered abandoned Metal Trunk boxes. The details of the consignment boxes including your name and the official documents from the United Nation office in London are tagged on the Metal Trunk boxes.

The diplomat’s inability to pay for Non Inspection fees of US$5,700 US DOLLARS OR to present Non inspection Certificate Document to back up the consignment are the reason why the consignment is delayed and abandoned in the airport storage facility till today . The Consignments like I said, are two metal trunk boxes weighing about 65kg each (Internal dimension: W61 x H156 x D73 (cm) effective capacity: 680 L) Approximately. Please note that I will pay the Non-Inspection Fee of US$3,700, but I will share it 75% to you and 25% to me.

Please your current contact address, Full Name, Telephone Number, and your nearest local airport are highly needed to avoid delay in locating you upon my arrival at your local airport, all communication must be held extremely confidential. I can get everything concluded within 2-3 hours upon your acceptance and proceed to your address for delivery.

I must get assurance from you concerning my 25% before I will proceed.

Mr. Jacob Olivia Williams.
Head Officer-in-Charge of Administrative Service Inspection Unit.
United Nations Inspection Agency,
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
6000 N Terminal Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30320, USA.
