"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This is Important, Read and Reply Asap,

This is to inform you that the International Committee of the Red
Cross (ICRC) Delegates Geneva Switzerland, an impartial, neutral and
independent charity and humanitarian organization whose exclusive
charity and humanitarian mission is recognized world all over have
received custody of your unpaid and unclaimed fund.

ICRC in conjunction with the World Bank are disbursing unclaimed and
abandoned funds mainly to Charity and Humanitarian Organizations and
Individual Charity Workers or Companies who are registered with the
ICRC for Charity and Humanitarian works and also to victims of fraud
and scam who have lost money. Government authorities have authorized
and ordered all these unclaimed and abandoned funds all over the world
to be kept under our custody to be used for work of charity and
humanitarian activities and also to compensate victims of fraud and
scam who lost money trying to process some of these funds. These
abandoned and unclaimed funds are of various amounts ranging from $
75,000 to $ 1,580,000 to $ 2,550,000 to $ 4,500,000 to $ 4,591,000 to
$ 8,575,000 to $ 18,500,000 to over $57,000,000 and which also
includes other currencies such as British Pounds Sterling and Euros
are also included which were abandoned in various accounts,
investments or vault storage facilities all over the world which have
now been handed over to the ICRC to be used for Covid Charity and
Humanitarian works all over the world and also for compensation where
there are verifiable evidence of payments.

We are contacting you because your details are among the list of
persons whose details were found inside the ICRC Vault Warehouse in
Washington DC USA whose details have been approved to receive funds
either for Covid Charity and Humanitarian work or for Compensation as
approved.

Attached here is the ICRC Charity Relief and Compensation Aid Funds
Vault Boxes video clip showing the funds in the vault for immediate
distributions and disbursements to various beneficiaries which you are
among the beneficiaries.

To receive your Covid Relief and Humanitarian Aid Fund listed in your
name, you are required to send your full details to ICRC Missionary
delegates in Washington DC in-charge of payments to enable to process
your fund disbursement to you. You will need to obtain an ICRC Charity
Organization Identification Card (ID) which qualifies you to receive
the fund as a member of World Charity Organization. ICRC Charity
Organization Identification Card (ID) issuance fee is $275 which is
the only requirement you need to receive your fund.

For compensation, you are required to send us verifiable evidence and
receipts of payments you made which will be used to process your
compensation of all monies you have spent and lost in the past trying
to receive your fund.
