"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

RE: PAYMENT REF: UN-806094/02/ZETTERS-21!

Dear Valued Beneficiary,

The United Nations Commission on Human Rights was established in 1946 to
weave the international legal fabric that protects our fundamental rights
and freedoms. It is briefly expanded over time to allow it to respond to
the whole range of human rights problems and it set standards to govern the
conduct of States. It also acted as a forum where countries large and
small, non-governmental groups and human rights defenders from around the
world voiced their concerns.

During its regular annual session in Geneva, We received lists of petitions
and complaints from individuals and governments for the non-payment of
foreign investors funds which have actually led to such individuals being
scammed and extorted of their hard earned money in their bids to receive
their payments.

Therefore, be informed that your name appeared on the list of scammed
victims compiled by Amnesty International for compensation. With respect to
the Human Rights provision Section 17 of decree 114 of the 1999
constitution, we have reviewed your payment file, and after a thorough
scrutiny, we discovered you have a floating inheritance entitlement valued
$10,500,000.00 (Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars)
only, as well noted you have been scammed a number of time in your bid to
receive your principal inheritance.

We have also confirmed that you have completed all the protocols necessary
for you to receive your bonafide inheritance funds. To this effect, we are
happy to inform you that we have recovered the said inheritance fund and
you have been approved to receive this funds unconditionally through our
correspondence Bank.

Therefore, please note that this commission is thus neither a court nor a
tribunal with an elaborate adversarial process. Rather, the commission was
created as a claims resolution facility that could make determinations on a
large number of claims in a reasonable time. As such, the commission
operates more in an administrative manner than in a litigation format.

The commission’s claims processing procedures are outlined below;

your funds online and as well be able to transfer your inheritance funds
from your online account into your personal bank account anywhere in the
world.
