"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I want us to invest the money jointly in your country as
soon as it is release by the Bank.

The Finance House where the deceased had an account valued at about U.s$2.7Million Dollars has issued me a notice to provide the next-of-kin or have the account confiscated within the next ten official working days.Since I have
been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over one(1)month now,

NOTE: I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased, because you have the same surname with my late client,so that the proceeds of this account valued at US$2.7Million Dollars can be paid to you and
then you and I can share the money; 60% to me and 35% to you, while 5% should be for expenses or tax as your government may required.
