Our Process
Typically, we invest up
to One million US Dollars via a simple convertible loan for 5% of the
future equity (for start-ups) or 10% interest payable over a 5-year term
(terms may vary). If everything
looks great, we continue investing more money together with our
community of entrepreneurial angels.
Flexibility is our
forte. At least in terms of our investment directive. As an
entrepreneur, you have to take fast decisions. We do the same, aiming to
decide on initial investment within 10 working
days. We invest with founder-friendly terms and stick to our values
that define the way we work.
Our Portfolio
We offer Trade Finance Services via
Simple Convertible or Corporate Loans for Business Acquisition and/or Expansion,
Starting/Buying a Franchise, Software Development, Product
Development, Capital Works/Infrastructural Projects, Commercial Real
Estate Development, Contract Execution etc.
Our portfolio further extends to provision of
Bank Instruments such as Letters of Credit (LC), Standby
Letters of Credit (SBLC), Bank Guarantee (BG), Business Loan Credit
Lines, Monetization LC Discounting and Private Placement Program (PPP). We're currently seeking to expand our portfolio
in several sectors to Artificial Intelligence and Innovative Medical Technology.
