"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: a unique opportunity

Hello, my name is Yousuf Al-jaida, and I work with financial services company,
I will be happy to work this deal out with you if you're able to keep top secret.
I contact you via email because it still remains the fastest medium of communication.,
I serve as the CEO and board member of Qatar Financial Centre. I'm in an urgent need
of your assistance, and cooperation, to facilitate clearance of 668M in commission
extracts from a private natural Gas deal completed in Qatar. The employment regulations
prohibit me from personally handling any private funds due to the high position I'm currently
holding in the company and other major engagements I am involved in across this region.
I am under constant scrutiny to avoid conflict of interest situations. Because of this,
I decided to contact you with a unique opportunity that both of us would benefit from.
If you are willing to work with me and can keep the entire discussion confidential,
please contact me soon via my personal email yal-jaida.hotmail Also, it is important to inform you
that the transaction will be conducted under a special arrangement to reach a successful conclusion.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Yousuf Al-jaida
