"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Good Day Beloved Friend,
May the peace of the Lord abide with you and your house hold as you take your time to carefully read through my  harmless and legal Next of Kin proposition to you  .
Honestly , i humbly apologize for this unsolicited mail from me as i implore you to give it your most needed attention .
My name is Pastor Paul Obinna Williams  of Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints West Africa . I am contacting you to assist me move a huge sum of money ( US$8.5 Million United State Dollars ) belonging to a missionary who was a foreigner, philanthropist and an interlocutor under my watch until he was taken away by the cold hands of death ( Diabetes Mellitus and Cancer of the blood ) May his soul Rest in Peace .
He deposited the huge sum of money with Union Bank Of Africa and handed over to me every necessary legal documentation thereof . I am contacting you because you bear the same surname with the deceased foreigner ( missionary ).
Are you in anyway related to him ? Even if you are not related to him , You can possibly be presented as the next of Kin since you both have same surname .Kindly assist me to move this huge sum as his last wish was that i spend it on charity to help humanity .  All i need is your consent to go ahead with the legal process as i have saved enough money before contacting to pull this through . I shall introduce you to the deceased missionary's legal Attorney who will assist us with the legal and bank processes Upon having your consent and after realization of this transaction , you shall receive %30 of the whole $8.5 Million Dollars involved .
This  fund  belongs to a foreigner and can only be claimed by a foreigner according to our banking ethic. This is why i need your assistance because i have lived all my life in Africa and have never traveled abroad.Via email is the option  i can reach  a foreigner like you ,Its better this fund its released to you rather than leave in the bank while my people are suffering .
Kindly take your time to digest this and decide if you can be able to handle this huge and life changing transaction then get back to me via ( so we can discuss further .
God bless you
Yours Faithfully
Pastor Paul Williams .
