"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Good day ,
My name is Fred Davidson, I am a financial consultant. We are offering a project funding program for a client seeking project funding as non-recourse for qualified project(s) for a one tranche or multiple drawdowns with large contract and multiple or series of tranches.  I am preparing contracts for the lender and for the collateral provider. Projects will be submitted to and reviewed by the Lender and his Lending bank, and if approved, the client will thereafter secure bank collateral which will be used to secure the funds requested. This collateral will be sufficient to support the full cash requirement for the project. 
We as a company are mandated by the bank provider and the bank lender as they are regulated entities and known by IMF, authorities and the apex banks, so at the request of the lender and the collateral bank instrument provider all conversation and documentation for this project funding goes through me and my company. Our company has more providers at this time ready to lend funds for huge capital seeking financial loan at a very good interest rate.
