Subject: Euromillions

I am Barry Edwards, the Regional Head of Operations,claims and disbursement , Euromillions Lottery. On the 27th April 2018 an unknown person bought a Ticket from County Atrim location, United Kingdom , which is under my jurisdiction and won a Raffle of £1,000,000.00. Since the lucky numbers were drawn, we have not been able to locate this person. We have explored all options possible to locate this person but all our efforts have been futile. A lot of campaigns have been done via various media channels, still the lucky winner is no where to be found. I personally believe that the person might be a Tourist as all efforts to locate him have failed and we may never ever locate him again which implies the winning ticket definitely is lost and gone.


In this regard,I have been mandated as the Head of Operations , overseeing this district where the ticket was bought to locate this person within the next few days or have the funds returned back to treasury and officially declared "Unclaimed ". In line with the official rules and regulations, if after 180 days the winner is not found the prize would be declared unclaimed. This 180 days would expire 30th December 2018 and it is expected the winner comes up and receives the prize before this said date or forfeit it forever.

PROJECT PROPOSAL:
With your permission, I would like to present you as the lost ticket holder .I am preparing an official report to present to our Board of Directors, that I have been able to locate you and intend to go ahead with the presentation of the sum.. I have worked here for the last 9 years and I understand perfectly how the system functions. I have all the necessary documentations to ensure this project is hitch free and the prize is eventually presented to you. You need not entertain any worries.

Upon receipt of this information, I would backdate your registered details to correspond with the unclaimed details.On presentation of my report to the Board, I would submit your information as the lost but found ticket holder of the unclaimed sum and it will be issued and insured in your name only. Then it would be paid to you and I would get 60% of this amount, while you keep 40% for your efforts

I want to assure you that, all necessary modalities to prove you as the rightful ticket holder have already been pre-arranged by me and I guarantee it as risk free.
