"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

I am contacting regarding this particular fund belonging to my deceased client, I have decided to contact you about this unclaimed deposit. If you are not interested, please ignore this email and do your normal business. I am lawyer Albert Meyer, principal partner of Douglas Chambers & Co, law firm and public notaries, a South African lawyer and jurist in Switzerland.

I am specialized in family law, will, succession and tax savings strategies.

On 12 May 2010, one of my senior clients "a DUTCH died in a

plane crash in Libya. My client declared his wife to be his next of kin, but unfortunately she also died in the accident, along with their three children. I am the executor of my client's will and I have shared his assets and properties with his extended family members and have passed since December 2010.

But my client deposited $ 15.8 million dollars in a fixed bank account in a UK bank that is not known to anyone. On January 15, 2015, the bank wrote to me as its lawyer / executor to bring with it the relative / beneficiary of my client to inherit his funds (US $ 15.8 million). I therefore decided to contact you to introduce you as a close relative / beneficiary to my client, to allow you to receive the fund on our behalf because the spouse and the employee of my client are all dead in the plane crash with him. All the documents necessary to request these funds are in my possession such as the substitute declaration of the application, death certificate, certificate of deposit,

transfer of ownership, certificate of inheritance, etc.
I will send you all these documents necessary to request these funds. All I need to indicate your interest in being the next of kin / beneficiary of my deceased client and I will present it to the bank. This is 100% legitimate. When you receive the money in your account, I will come to your country for sharing as follows> 45% for you and 45% for me. The remaining 10% will be set aside for expenses that will be incurred by both parties during the course of this transfer to your account.

As a trusted trustee / representative of the deceased, and as director of his property, property and financial affairs when Mr. Thomas Bahia was alive, I have an absolute duty to properly administer the property for his beneficiary.
