"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

How are you today, I hope you are fine? I am Alhaji Musa Abacha the son of the late head of military state of Nigeria (General Sani Abacha). I am contacting you in respect of my two consignment boxes which is already on the way to your country with the diplomat. My former foreign beneficiary who was supposed to receive the two consignment boxes and invest it was so greedy asking for 80% which we agreed on 20% before the boxes left Nigeria to your country. My mother and I had to put a stop to the delivery of the boxes to him, please I am contacting you to help me receive my consignment boxes. We have map out 25% for you if you are willing to help us.

I want to inform you that the diplomat has been there for good seven days now waiting to hear from my foreign beneficiary to carry out the delivery to (you) and the content of my two consignment boxes is Money $14,5000 (fourteen million, five hundred thousand United States Dollars) which is meant to be invested in a profitable business in your country. I want you to know that the diplomat does not know that the content inside the two consignment boxes is containing money. Please when contacting him for the delivery of my boxes to you, don't tell him about the content because he might run away for we have suffered a lot for this.

I want to inform you that all you have to do is contact the diplomat. I believe you are a very good and trust worthy person, I am pleading with you to help me out of this hell by receiving our boxes, as soon as you receive my boxes, my family and I will be coming over to join you to start the investment together and start living a good life again.

Please contact me with your full name, home address and personal telephone number so that I can give you the contact of the diplomat so you can contact him for him to carry out the delivery to you.

Best Regards
Alhaji Musa Abacha
