"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

ATTENTION: Dear Sir/Ma
 
LETTER OF GUARANTEE AND ASSURANCE FROM F.D.F SWITZERLAND
 
This letter will server as a notification that the Bank of Scotland will Honor and guarantee
your payment through a suitable means into a designated account provided by you in a total
amount of £7.5 million. This will come in an additional surplus of £1 million approved under
the binding law of your inheritance contract set aside.
 
This letter of guarantee will be treated as a credible endorsement in accordance with section 311,
subsection 29 {B} Of The executorship Law. By the authority conferred on me, i send to you this
letter of guarantee in good faith, having received all the required legal proceeds that upon
confirmation and subsmition of all that is required;
 
1. Bank of Scotland shall pay you immediately upon your written request, regardless of any
written abjection on the part of license or any other party. The amount approved which will not
exceed in aggregate the above mentioned amount, either by wire transfer to your account or VIA
any other method acceptable by you.
 
2. All payment made upon authorization shall be unrestricted, free of any deduction at present or
in the future, and not be eligible for any taxes, withholdings  regardless of the type of authority
imposing them.
 
3. The undertaking stated herein shall constitute direct, substantial, unconditional and irrevocable
obligation to us, and we will not be relieved from these obligations or any part therefore for any reason
whatsoever, such as change or extension in processing, change in scope or any neglegence from your
part which may relieve or release us from these obligation and resposibilities provided herein.
 
4. You are hereby bind to pay the sum of £6,500 to the central administrative services (CAS) for all
proceedings. Please understand that this is irrevocable and There willl be no " STOP PAYMENT " issued.
Upon confirmation, all the required document will be sent to you in hard and soft copy for your
perusal.
 
After all these has been completed, executed and payment made to you through the above mentioned
bank, there will be no binding contract and for that, all other undertakens seizes to be existing. As
soon as your response is confirmed, all approval shall begin immediately. You are advice to contact
Mr. Francois Belunda for further update and instructions.
