Subject: Alba Crude license
Hello,
This letter serves as a confirmation of my interest to work you on a very profitable venture, I work under procurement department of the National Petroleum Agency SA[NPA-SA]. This company supplies a brand of crude oil called Alba Crude Oil and sale to the world market through license mandate operators/holders. The NPA-SA issues oil lifting license allocations to individuals/companies who will assist them to market their product and earn commission in return. The work of the license operator/holder is to locate the buyers of the crude oil and negotiate a buy/sale transaction on behalf of the NPA-SA. The license operator earns a $4.00 commission on each barrel of crude oil sold to the buyer as commissions.
My proposition is that we secure an oil lifting license from the NPA-SA in your name as the oil license holder while I use my inside connections to locate the crude oil buyers and ensure that your allocated crude oil is successfully sold to the buyers. The commissions from the sales will be paid to you since you are the license owner. This commission we will share between us 50:50 thereafter.
Please note:
(1) The NPA-SA issues an oil lifting license with a monthly oil allocation of 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand) barrels of crude oil to each approved license operator. This implies that a total quantity of 500,000 barrels of crude oil will be available to us for sale monthly once we have an oil lifting license approved to your name. Going by the $4.00 commission per barrel, we will be earning a gross monthly commission of US$2 million dollars monthly after the successful sale of our allocated crude oil.
(2) As a staff of NPA-SA, I'm not officially allowed to operate/own an oil lifting license under the same company. I'm not also allowed to engage in any out-of-office profit oriented crude oil sale deal under our organization. This best explains why I seek for a partner who will be the face of our partnership (owner of the oil license) while I work from the underground to facilitate the operations in our favor.
Feel free to ask questions for clarification should need be and do get back to me at your earliest convenience.
Yours faithfully,
Engr. Peter Nelson
