"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attention,

Today we the Federal Bureau of investigation (FBI) discovered undelivered package containing your name and after the investigation on the package, we found out that it is an ATM CARD that was stopped at FedEx office here in United state of America. According to this development, we at the Federal Bureau of investigation (FBI) recently had a meeting with the Executive Region Manager of the FedEx, in the chairperson of Dr William Ebi and other top officials of his office regarding your case and we were made to understand that your package have been held pending on when you personally apply for the claim.

However the outcome of the meeting with them is to release your package within 24 hours after which we reached an agreement with them that you will only pay for the stamp duty fee of $70 requirement to complete the delivery to your address. Find below the contact person in-charge of your delivery and contact him with your name, address.
