Dear Friend,

I sincerely apologize if this mail does not constitute your business/personal ethics but I assure you that I mean no harm, all for mutual benefits. I am in an urgent need of assistance from a foreigner who can invest my funds.

I am Retired General Ahmed ABD Mustafa Benzaghta, I served under the Era of Late Colonel Muammar Gaddafi of Republic of Libya who died on the 20th of October 2011, I know you are acquainted with this information from CNN and BBC.

Though I was working for him but I am an Anti-Muammar Gaddafi at heart because I never enjoyed everything single death cause by him in our beloved country Libya no matter what his reasons are. Well am not here to bore you with the story of the late dictator.

My reason of contacting you is that during that civil war I was mandated by Late Colonel Muammar Gaddafi to import more Ammunition when he learnt that the Western Powers are coming in to save our country from the hands of the Dictator. Based on the fact that he has little or no option to make a direct bank transfer to the company for the Ammunition he decided to package the funds in Consignments Boxes for shipment through the diplomatic channel to the destination where he wants to purchase the Ammunition.

When I heard from the news that he has been captured and killed, I and my late friend and colleague Late General Imam Iran Mohammed "MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE" became the happiest people in this world because the Funds that Late Colonel Muammar Gaddafi packaged in Consignments Boxes for shipment through the diplomatic channel was redirected by us to the Republic of Benin and deposited in a security company there and the Value of the Funds in total is US$185,000,000.00 ( One Hundred and Eighty Five Million United States Dollars )

I want you to contact the Director of the Security Company to decide if you can receive the consignment funds in your country by diplomatic delivery or by Bank to bank transfer because I need you to Invest the money in a lucrative business for our mutual financial benefits.

If you are interested in sealing this business then contact me with the followings to enable me give you the contact information of the Director of the Security company.

YOUR FULL NAMES:
YOUR FULL ADDRESS:
YOUR TEL/MOBILE PHONE NUMBERS:
YOUR COUNTRY:
YOUR DATE OF BIRTH:

I will give you 25% of the funds after successfully transferred into your Custody / Bank Account for your help/assistance.

IF YOU AGREE WITH ME ON THIS THEN SEND A TEXT MESSAGE OR CALL THE SECURITY COMPANY DIRECTOR ON +229 62012330.

I anticipate yours positive response while maintaining high level of privacy and confidentiality.

Kindest Regards.
Rtd. Gen. Ahmed ABD Mustafa Benzaghta
