"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

On my routine inspection I discovered a dormant domiciliary account with a
Balance of ($35,000,000.00) Million US Dollars owned by one of our foreign
deceased customer, a billionaire Business Mogul Late Mr. Moises Saba Masri,
a Jew from Mexico who was a victim of a helicopter crash since 2010 which
resulting to his death and his family members.

Now our bank has been waiting for any of the relatives to come forth for
the claim but nobody has done that SINCE 2010. I personally have been
unsuccessful in locating the relatives, Which the Board of Directors are
planning to share this funds among them-self.

I write to seek your assistance in transferring this fund to your country
through legal means of this fund for Investment.

I am proposing to make this transfer to a designated bank account of your
choice in your country for investment.

At the conclusion of this transaction, you will be given 40% as your own
share, 50% will be for me and 10% will be set-aside to repay back any
expenses made by you in the process of the transaction.
