"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: #NEED NOBLE ASSISTANCE

Dear: Friend,

My name is Matilda George. I am a 38 years old widow from united kingdom

married to a Beninese (late Engr Ismail Mudow George) who died in Auto crash

on 14 March 2017. Since the death of my husband, his immediate family had

become my greatest nightmare, seizing all my husband's capital properties and

leaving me and my 13 years only son to suffer. Learning your personality, i ask

your help to assist us to relocate to your country where we can move on with

our life. Before the death of my husband, he left an undisclosed USD 5,700,000

in the bank and i want you to assist us to claim the funds and invest them in a

good business in your country. I and my son will be happy to offer you 35% of

the total sum for appreciation.

or call me on (+229) 68-75-6831 for more informations.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!!!

Yours Sincerely,

Matilda George.
