"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Transaction Procedure
 
1, Seller Bank to contact buyer bank and after Both parties complete the draft contract in full after amendments and commissions have been done, and once signed by both, became a fully binding DOA.
 
2, Seller makes first tranche deposit of not less than 100m to 1b Bolivars and send copy of payment copy to buyer email and buyer confirms and pay under 2hrs of confirmation and also seller makes a cash deposit in the amount of agreed which is equivalent of  USD as second tranche and give copy of cash deposit to Buyer for tracking,
 
3, After confirmation of Bolivars in Buyer Local Bank Account Buyer bank releases USD value to seller external bank as per the the banking coordinates indicated in the Contract less the commission.
 
4. The Buyer pay all intermediaries as per the IMFPA.
 
The next tranche follow similar pattern untill all tranches as per below is exhausted:

The exchange rate is 100 Vef to 1 USD with 10 Vef commission included.
