Dearest one,
I am quite aware that my message will come to you as a surprise as its
indeed strange for someone you have not met before to contact you in this
regard. I apologize for the inconvenience that this letter may cause you.
I am Mrs. Kandia Elimane Dolce, from Cape Verde nationalize in Cote
dIvoire. My husband Mr. Elimane Dolce is a famous farmer in Rubber and
Coffee plantation here in Cote dIvoire. Sadly my husband was reported to
be among death victims on the 2012 Great Britain and Ireland floods that
left over 9 people dead while he was there on business trip. Early 2013
precisely on 26 March, I had a stroke that gets me partially paralyzed due
to Cardiac Arrest. I have undergo different types of treatment and trying
anything I could do but I knew that there was nothing that was working
before I was diagnosed of Septicemia, my doctor told me that my heart is
not going to resist for long and that I should put up my ''Will''.
I and my husband had one and only daughter we adopted because we are
unable to have Child of our own. She is an exceptional child, Intelligent
and admirable. She is now 16 years old. This letter is a formal appeal to
you for help. I want to confide the guardianship of my daughter to you. My
daughter benefited by succession the sum of USD$4,500,000.00 from my late
husband and I want you to invest this fund and help her to continue her
studies in your country. I take the decision to confide the guardianship
of my daughter to you because I am afraid of the persecution by my late
husband brothers who has strip off all our properties and belongings since
after the death of my husband.
If you agree to help my daughter, you will receive remuneration of 15% of
the total sum for her lodgment and the profits made out of the investment
will be divided between you and my daughter in the ratio of 50/50 until
she finish her studies.
Thank you for the time and consideration you have given my situation. I
hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Kandia Elimane Dolce.
