Subject: Inheritance Inquiry
Dear Sir,,
My name is Barr.Smith Cohen. Esq. in New York,USA. A personal Attorney to Late James. My purpose of introducing
myself to you and being a reason for contacting you; is a dire need for your assistance to help secure the funds left
behind by my late client. Precisely, my intention is to avoid the said funds being confiscated Or declared unserviceable
by the Bank.
An action that is unavoidable assuming you decline to assist. The funds in my late clients account, is valued up to a
tune of $4,800,000.00 (Four Million Eight hundred thousand USD) deposited by James. Before his death, James lived
in Canada for over a decade. He died along with his entire family a few years ago in a horrific accident while on
vacation.
Currently, the Bank has issued a notice to contact the beneficiary or his account and/or will be declared unserviceable
and/or risk diversion to the Bank treasury. So far, all efforts to get a hold of any relative to James from public records
available to me has proved null to wit. I have then proceeded and contacted a ancestry specialist and your name has
come up as a living relative of my late client. At this point, I would like to proceed and have the inheritance paid out
to you and deposited directly into your account as soon as possible. I have contacted you and am asking for your
consent, to present you to his Bank as his Next of Kin/beneficiary to wit of my late client's Fund.
All necessary legal documentation, information and legal services to back up your claim as wit my client's Next of Kin
will be provided by me and my legal firm will do as directed in my late clients will. All which is required is your honest
cooperation to enable this transaction; there will be no blood test (DNA) or any need for you to appear in court, it is
100% risk free and is a legal transaction.
To wit, my late client has stated in his will, that a cash donation of 45% from his inheritance is to be shared among Not for
Profit charity Organizations a provision in his will and 65% will be your inheritance after legal fee is deducted. The
transaction process is risk free. I will utilize my knowledge, applied skills and my position as the clients attorney to
guarantee a successful transaction.
If you are interested in claiming the inheritance of James as a living relative of my late client, kindly forward
scanned copy of two pieces of government issued id; to help verify and authenticate your identity. This will
mark the start process to secure your inheritance as next of kin. Please email your ids
to:sclawoffice@nycmail.com and smithcohen@salusafe.com. Make sure that you have a fax machine or email
address in order to help with the processing of your settlement.
Upon receipt of your response, I shall then provide you with more details and relevant information that will help you
understand how inheritance claim will work for you as next of kin. The transaction will protect you from any
infraction with the law. kindly respond to my letter to wit a final chance at getting a family member to inherit my late
clients inheritance as stated in his will. I await your response.
