Subject: PLEASE HANDLE THIS SUPPLY FOR OUR MUTUAL BENEFITS.
Dear Sir,
My Nmane is Mr. Nasura Kwantti I want you to read this mail carefully as to
understand my reason of contacting for us to execute this important business
for our mutual benefits. I formerly work as a consultant with a private company
here for more than five years. And while still working with my former boss, I
was fortunate to meet the president of Moussa Agro Allied farms.
During our discussion, he had informed us about the huge amount of money he
spends on the purchase of a particular but very important Animal medicine.
Precisely, he buys â¬4,500 per carton. He asked if our company can source for a
cheaper supplier.
Then I discussed this proposal with my former boss and he discovered a company
that can manufacture the medicine for him in Europe for â¬1,800 per
carton. He promised me that if the supply is successful, that he will
give me 10% of any profits we make in this supply. We then send quotation to
Moussa Farms, to supply them at â¬4,000 per carton which they accepted.
Then my boss begging to supply the Medicine and completed the first order
successfully and made very big financial breakthrough. So I requested my boss
to give me my entitlement as he promised earlier. He refused instead he
sacked me without benefits after a long time of dedicated service.
Due to what he did to me, I went to Yahaya Moussa the president of Mousa Group
Farms and informed him that I will link them directly to the Manufacturer of
the medicine in Europe who manufactures the medicine for my boss at the rate of
â¬3,700 per carton. He accepted and invited me to his office and I confirmed my
word to him on my intention to link them to the direct supplier of the medicine
overseas. I told him that my foreign partner will supply them the best quality
of the medicine at the price indicated but must receive 100% advance payment
before supplying the Medicine. But they insist that they will pay 80% up front
and will pay the balance of 20% when the goods are ready for shipment.
Briefly, I am contacting you because the president of Mousa Groups farms has
stopped further dealings with my former boss. I have received a letter of
commitment from them requesting to discuss with my foreign partner and that
they need three thousand cartons (2000) of this medicine.
I have information of the company that manufactures this medicine in Europe. The
Price of the vaccine is â¬1,800.00 per carton. I want you to contact Alhaji
Yahaya Moussa as my foreign partner and direct supplier of the vaccine and that
you will sell to them at the price of â¬3,700 per carton.
I hope you understand my point and I look forward to your response immediately
for more details on how to execute this lucrative deal. I will also send you a
copy of the Letter of commitment I received from the buyer in my next email.
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Nasura Kwantti
