"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Deal

Compliment of the season.
I am in need of your assistance, i am Ms. Clarissa Ward, CBS News Foreign Correspondent assigned on new report from Syria war.
recently, i came across hidden treasure that contains a huge amount of $9,200,000.00. Due to the nature of my job I am not suppose to have such amount of cash in my possession you have to help me to receive this cash, and keep it until I arrive.

I have carefully packaged the money in a box, I have made contact with a friend who is working with the International Special Agent (ISA) office here, and he has assisted me to move the consignment out of the trouble area down to USA, I have already told him that the luggage belongs to one of our soldier that died during the attack but before giving up he told me to make sure the luggage get to his family for safe keep and to make contacts for its proper use.

I need a reliable person, someone I can trust to receive this luggage from the International Special Agent (ISA). I am ready to offer you 35% share for your assistance Your own part of this deal is to find a safe place to keep the luggage, If you are interested I will furnish you with more details. But the whole process is simple and we must keep a low profile at all times.I look forward to your reply and co-operation.
