Let me clarify for this benefit fund how it comes out every year. Mostly we deal on Crude Oil and Gold.
Meanwhile, we deal with Refinery / buyer that needs Crude Oil so each Refinery will signed the SPA contract for Crude Oil for one 1 year, which is two 2 Million Barrel per a month by 12 month.
The two 2 million barrel of crude oil normal cost the Buyer us$240, 000, 000, 00. So the benefit Commission for two 2 Million Barrel in a month is US$1.50cent
Then what we have to do is to multiply $1.50Cent x 2Million Barrel = $3,000,000
Now this is for a month so you have to put it this way $3, 000,000 x 12 Months of the contract = $36,000.000.00 The total sum of the benefit fund from the commission is US$36,000.000.00 a lot of income, our directors makes money every year here. So now what will be transferring into your account as a middle man that bring the buyer is the sum of US$US$36,000.000.00 which will be coming in your file name.

SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
7.11 PROCEDURES (C.I.F)
7.11.1 Seller issues Sales Purchase Agreement. (S.P.A)
7.11.2 Buyer accepts & sign’s the (S.P.A) and issues Proof of Financial Capacity via SWIFT M-799 to sellers fiduciary bank after the buyer has had an opportunity to verify the Seller's allocation and POP. Then as per annexed Verbiage POF will be issued.
7.11.3 Sellers nominate, laycans, loads and moves vessel to buyers discharge Port and avails buyer full set of loading documents. Contract Number: COMD/EXP/Y/28.VOL.712387/02
7.11.4 Seller authorizes Vessel Captain to give Notice of Readiness (N.O.R)to buyers discharge Harbor Masters & Tank farm manager of the on shore Tank storage.
7.11.5 Seller issues SGS report,and if buyer is not satisfied, seller issues Authority to Board (ATB) to enable buyer’s independent inspectors board for Quality and Quantity (Q&Q) analysis at agreed designated location.

7.11.6 On successful conclusion of Q&Q analysis, buyer issues MT-103 to sellers Bank for confirmation. Per the outlined procedures above under payment.
7.11.7 All Original Cargo Documents shall be transferred to buyer.
7.11.8 Transshipment to buyer's Storage Tank commences.
7.11.9 Payment for Product and sell side commissions are to be released to seller's nominated bank; 72 hours after transshipment of product by MT-103 (swift transfer) on the out turned barrels upon presentation of the transaction documents at buyers bank in exchange for Title.
IRREVOCABLE MASTER FEE PROTECTION AGREEMENT (IMFPA)

This instrument serves as a fee protection agreement, with respect to the purchase of 2,000,000 barrels per month of Crude Oil for 12 months with rolls and extensions is hereby issued and agreed by all parties and intermediaries, signing under and with full corporate responsibility and legal authority of the agreed amount per barrel as follows: .
Commissions:
Benefit Buyer Side:US $1.50c per barrels
Benefit Seller Side: US $1.50c per barrel
Net to buyer US$8.50 per barrels
GROSS DISCOUNT US$10.00 per barrels
