This is to bring to your notice that orders given by the Presidency and the entire house of Senate for the year 2014 is that United Bank Africa (UBA) is the chosen bank to pay out all Foreign Contract/Inheritance funds. UBA was ordered after meeting held in the presidential village Aso-Rock Abuja to contact and proceed with payment of your contract/inheritance Funds by informing you that the former bank in charge of your payment via ATM Card being Oceanic Bank plc, Zenith Bank,Union Bank, Eco-Bank, ETC is no longer in charge of this payment.
I wish to inform you that your ($3.5M) outstanding payment has been approved and ready to be paid to you via ATM Card . This arrangement was agreed between the Presidency and the Senate Committees, so take note that United Bank Africa (UBA) two approved mode of Payment are:
(1) ATM Card Payment: An ATM Card Will Be Charged With The above stated Amount with Limited Withdrawals per Day. The ATM Card will be sent to you via a registered accredited courier company here.
(2) Special Envoy (DDS) : Your fund US$3.5 million will be packaged in a metallic box shipped into your country via a diplomatic courier service. A diplomat will be assigned from the bank to clear / deliver the consignment (money) direct to you in your country after clearing.
