you to the bank since the deceased has no relation left to inherit
this fund because you bear the same family names with her which I hope
you are the real family member. This transaction is 100% risk free
because rule of law will be applied. I believe this would works out
fine but the ratio will be 50-50 because all transfer legal procedures
