"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

My name is Mr. Franck Perrault, Director West Africa Region, African
Development Bank Abidjan. I am looking for a reliable beneficiary personal
or company account that can assist me to claim total of $65,000,000.00
Million USD, that was abandoned here in for some time now.

The fund belongs to one of our customer whom is now late but well know
politician from Africa. I assisted the customer to deposit the fund in 2010
in a Private Vault. Now the customer is late without any next of kin to
claim the money.

I am looking for a reliable person that I can present as next of kin or
Trustee to claim the fund, with my instructions the money will be released
directly to the person. If you are really interested on this deal, you will
have 40% and 50% for me and 10% for any expenses you may incur. Note that
you Must travel down to Abidjan for the claim.

The deal will only take 5 days upon your arrival because you will be
required to open an Account where the deposit will be made before it will
