               To brief  you on this proposal , i have a huge contract worth over  $20million ,(twenty million  U S  dollars), from the federal government of Benin Rep. signed by the president Dr Thomas Yayi Boni, you can even visit their website ., This contract is to power the entire street of the capital "Port-novo and Cotonou with solar street lights in addition of some sub communities.You will get a copy of this contract documents as soon as you reply to my secretary or my manager.we have gathered some amount and the remaining is ( 10million dollars)
To partner with me will cost you nothing, the only place u will be of great help to us will be the joint funding for the supply of the equipments from China.
 
               Please you have to assure me that you 're  reliable and trustworthy because of the amount involved.

Firm  that produces those  equipments because i told them to release those equipments to me on credits which they agreed  with a condition that i must make some deposits of a particular amount. Don't forget delay could terminate this contract because i had a fixed time with the Federal Government.Don't forget sharing will be 55-45 respectively.And that will be when you will come to Africa to see things for yourself, don't forget i will pay your flight ticket.
