Dear Beneficiary,
Sir/Madam,
My name is Mr. Silas Chukwu, the chairman of the Foreign Contract Review Panel. This office was inaugurated on Friday, 5th August 2013, by His Excellency President Jonathan Goodluck.
The purpose of this office is to redeem the battered image of this country (NIGERIA) by looking into the affairs of all the foreign unpaid debts/contractors who have successfully completed their contract here in Nigeria. It might interest you to know that we stumbled into your file with CONTRACT No:- NNPC/PED/KAD-PHR/X4356/99 and from our investigations, we uncovered that your funds has been approved for payment by the Presidency and Professor Lamido Sanusi, the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria.
Following this, we have filed for the release of your full payment, but unfortunately the Senate Committee on Foreign Contracts was able to approve only a part payment of US$8,500,000.00 in your name. We have also secured approvals from the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing and Federal Ministry of Finance on the above mentioned amount.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has already finished agreement with the Capital Invest and Trust Bank, here in Nigeria to handle the payment. The funds will be paid to you through ATM VISA CARD which will be used to withdraw money in any ATM paying machine worldwide. This is to avert the problem of unending stop orders by some Governmental Agencies. The ATM card will be issued and delivered to your house or office address within few days depending on how fast you reply or attend to this mail. Sequel to this, we request that you reconfirm the followings:
1. Your full names.
2. Your recent contact address.
3. Your direct telephone numbers.
Note that you are advised to respond back to this message without delay so that We can submit your informations to the Central Bank of Nigeria for payment. Email ( schukwu@qq.com )
Yours,
Mr. Silas Chukwu.
Chairman (F.C.R.P.)
