Dear Sir,

I wish to write you over an important issue to solicit for your
understanding and support. Forgive me for contacting you suddenly over this
issue,it's just that I have tried to find solution to this over here in
Qatar but all my efforts has not been fruitful and I thought I should also
let you know my status now. I do hope you still remember me because it has
really been a long time since we communicated last,I do hope your family
and business are all doing good.

I have been in Qatar since October 2013 and the reason for my coming here
is to start up investment in real estate with my late father's funds which
he deposited in Falcon international security company in London. I have met
with a lot of people here in this regard but the conditions they are giving
me is not suitable for me and my family because this money is just what we
are depending on to invest for our future.I have already lost almost all my
money,company,properties and savings to our government back home in
Zimbabwe due to the political situation there and I really want to start up
a new life with my family outside Zimbabwe.

Due to Qatar government strict restrictions on foreign investors in Qatar,
to do anything here because of high taxes ( 51% ) required of foreign
investors to pay in any investment made and as such it seems like a waste
of time and money for me because me and my family don't have anything left
but this fund in London.That is the reason I am writing you to inform you
that I want to start up a project in under already existing business or
company ,the business will be under your name or company as the case maybe
and would like your kind assistance in this regard. I am interested in
projects like real estate,hotels and Rice importation to Africa because I
want a long term project which will be under your company and management
since I know little about the business environment in your designated
country I will be glad to hear from you concerning this humble request.
