"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

We welcome papers from industry professionals on a broad range of issues for consideration by the All-Energy experts. If you are a technical expert in an area of clean and renewable energy or manage investments within the industry, we would like to hear from you.

Conference sessions:

Papers should be relevant to any of the subjects below:

Finance & investment relating to clean and renewable energy, and energy efficiency.
Carbon pricing and emissions trading.
Feed in Tariffs and subsidies.
Future developments in clean and renewable energy systems, including nuclear fusion.
Clean coal and carbon capture & storage.
Utility scale solar PV and thermal installations.
Geothermal energy - exploration and implementation.
Future developments in wind energy systems.Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development,
Climate Change policy,Climate Change and the Oceans,Greenhouse Gases Mitigation Technologies,
Energy security Policy,Economics and Planning,Pollutant Emission Control and Abatement,
Extreme Events and Impacts Assessment,Agricultural and Forestry Resources Management,
Water Resources Management.
Storage of power generated by renewable energy systems.
Fuel cells and other hydrogen-based fuel systems.
The role of clean and renewable energy, and energy efficiency in commercial, industrial and domestic environments.

Submission guidelines:

Your paper should contribute to the advancement of knowledge relating to the above themes.Abstracts should not exceed 350 words (excluding presentation title) and indicate the preferred area for consideration (see ‘Conference sessions’ above).

You should also include a summary CV, which features:

- Name
- Job title
- Place of work
- Full contact details


Papers should be sent as a Word Document or PDF to Dr. David Jackson, Conference chair at callforpaperscreccc@yahoo.co.uk no later than 25th July 2012. Delegates wishing to be considered for the best paper award should clearly stipulate same upon registration.


Working Group on Climate Change had involved numerous donors to make it possible to offer access grants to as many participants as possible from developing countries to enable them to participate in the Clean and Renewable Energy Conference (CRECCC'12).However, the limited support can only be offered to any delegate or group of delegates who have submitted one or more abstracts to the scientific program and sent a motivation letter requesting such financial support to the CRECCC'12 Local Organizing Committee. Such support will cover free registration, air tickets, travel insurance, visa fees and per diem.

We will endeavor to advise authors of the status of their application no later than 05th August 2012. Owing to the high number of papers we expect to receive, we cannot guarantee that all papers will be accepted for presentation, but we wish you every success.
