Subject: Recommendation (Important)
I am Adel Tannous,an Account Officer with EFG International , Guernsey branch, Guernsey.
A former client of our , Bank Mohammad Baqir Al-Hakim, an Iraqi scholar, made a fixed deposit of 27,965,243.38 GGP (Guernsey Pound) in June, 2001 for 120 calendar months, the amount is valued at Forty Four million, Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars ($44,500,000.00) in the Guernsey branch of EFG International where I work, Upon maturity last year several notice were sent to him and all to no response,it was later found out that Mohammad Baqir Al-Hakim and his family members had been killed during the war in a bomb blast at Mukaradeeb where he had his own oil well.

As at when Mohammad Baqir Al-Hakim made the fixed deposit, he did not declare a next of kin in his official papers including the paper work of his bank deposit. Presently, Forty Four million Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars ($44,500,000.00) is still lying in my bank and no one will ever come forward to claim it, the funds after a while will be seized by the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
The reason for all this explanation is for you to stand as the next of kin to the late scholar
TRANSFER PLAN:
The required documentation to certify you as a bonafide next of kin will be provided by me as I am familiar with inner workings of the bank ,there is no risk involved and if you are willing and able I would want you to provide me with ,
